- Fill the order form. Calls and sms regarding order will NOT be entertained.
- Genuine buyer. No cheaters. If you want to cancel the order, kindly email us to avoid your name in the blacklisted file.
- We have the right to refuse overdemanding and rude customers.
- Price is fixed. We will try to give our best in terms of pricing and services.
- All Sales are final. Items sold are not exchangeable or returnable.
- No more picture requests.
- No refund once payment is done unless items ordered are out of stock.
- We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site.
- This is very important. Reservation is allowed for 1 days (24 hours) ONLY. After that all reservations without payment will automatically canceled. Applicable also if you pay on 2nd day after confirm taking the item, we will refund your money if the item has been sold. Whoever pays first, get the item first. First come first serve (FCFS).
- We will not be held any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
- We will ship items ordered after payment . Reservations are only for 1 day. Meaning if you order on MONDAY, you've to make a payment before or on TUESDAY. We need time to check payment, check inventory and wrap items before shipping it out. So give us some time to wrap your items. If you fail to make full payment as we agreed your reservation on the item will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
- Shipping Method : POS laju ( Malaysia) . For International buyer, shipping method will be POS Laju and POS Register. Visit this www.pos.com.my for more information about shipping cost.
- NO cash on delivery (COD).
- Buy at your own risk.

1) Fill order form 1st then submit. Make sure your email is TRUE (no typing error).
2) If you want to add order, kindly email to us use SAME email that you sent before.
3) After you make a payment to us, kindly email us the detail of the payment, date, time, amount and which bank.
4) Please send us your proof of payment,
If ONLINE PAYMENT VIA MAYBANK2U, CIMB OR ELSE
Put our email firstname.lastname@example.org when you do the transaction and
print screen the receipt then email to us.
If CASH DEPOSIT or ATM MACHINES
Kindly scan or take picture of the payment receipt. Then transfer to your PC
or LAPTOP and email to us.
